We all love a good Origins story… what is yours?

I have been doing this a while, a long while. 25 years. As a matter of fact, many of those years I’ve been helping folks like you -introverts and other cautious types- in leadership roles, whether at home or at work, who struggle with developing personal and professional relationships. I do so with consistent Engaged Discussion to promote your strengths and internal motivation.  I help professionals with strong personalities, complex social interactions or extreme introversion navigate personal and professional crossroads.

Whether you’re leading a growing business, managing life challenges but just barely, or facing internal conflicts that affect your relationships and your sense of stability, I offer a space for deep reflection, strategic insight, and meaningful change. I am a coach, counselor, and consultant with a grounded, integrative approach. My mission is to support your personal growth, professional development, and relationship transformation.

This work is for individuals who think deeply, lead passionately, and who feel overwhelmed by the weight of both. Every individual is unique. So is my work. I use an eclectic and integrative approach to counseling and consulting. That means drawing from a variety of therapeutic and coaching models, tailored to your needs and strengths—not forcing you into a rigid system.

Key methods include:

  • Coaching: Goal-oriented sessions designed to translate insight into action. Perfect for high-functioning individuals seeking concrete shifts.

  • Motivational Interviewing: A collaborative style that helps you explore ambivalence and uncover your intrinsic motivation for change.

  • Narrative: We explore the stories you tell yourself—and those you’ve inherited—and begin to reshape them with intention.

  • Strength-Based: We focus on what’s working, building from your existing resources to create sustainable growth.

  • Existential: When big questions—purpose, mortality, meaning—surface, we face them together, with respect and curiosity.

  • Multicultural: Your cultural background, identity, and lived experience matter here. They're not side notes—they're central.

  • Gender Aware: Power dynamics, gender roles, Kinks and systemic influences are not ignored. They’re part of the real work of healing and growth.

  • Collapse Aware: Your intent and planning for the future that provides conscientious concern for community connections and development of resource access or independence is a framework some folks use to refine values statements and motivations.
